국내에서 조영남씨가 부른 " 내고향은 충청도"로 잘 알려졌던 오리지널곡 오하이오의 강뚝... 이 노래는 올리비아 뉴튼 존 뿐 아니라 많은 포크 가수들이 불렀다. 이 노래는 1804년 미국의 북부 캐롤라이나에서 벌어진 나오미 와이즈 살인사건을 배경으로 하고 있다. 스콰이어 아담스라는 고아 소녀인 나오미 와이즈는 같은 동네 건달 존 루이스의 꾐에 넘어가 임신을 한다. 이 사실을 은폐하려, 그는 나오미 와이즈를 비밀스레 없애기로 한다. 존 루이스는 나오미 와이즈에게 도망가서 같이 살자고 불러낸다. 그리고는 그녀를 강물에 빠트려 죽이고 만다. 그녀의 주검이 강물에 떠올랐을 때 모두가 이것이 존 루이스의 짓임을 알았고, 그녀의 몸은 엉망으로 구타를 당한 것을 보여주었던 참혹한 사건을 다룬 영화속의 배경음악
